摘要
针对目前高速旋转弹丸外弹道章动测试成本高,后续数据处理复杂等问题,提出了基于光电传感器的高速旋转弹丸章动测试方法。该方法依据太阳光线的平行性特点和探测角与章动角的对应关系,设计了光电探测模块和存储控制模块,直接测量高速旋转弹丸的探测角,经简单处理得出弹丸的章动参数。模拟实验表明,该测试方法能够直接测量出高速旋转弹丸的探测角,进而得出其章动参数,测试系统结构简单成本低,适用于测试精度要求不高情况下对弹丸章动参数进行测试。
In view of the present high-speed projectile exterior ballistic nutation test cost is high,the subsequent data processing is complex,a high-speed projectile nutation test method was proposed based on photoelectric sensor.Parallelism characteristics of the method was based on the sun's rays and detection angle,the corresponding relationship between nutation angle of photoelectric detection module and storage module,control direct measurement of the detection of high-speed spinning projectile angle,it was concluded that the projectile nutation parameters after simple processing.Simulation results showed that the test method could directly measure the detection angle of the high-speed rotating projectile,the nutation parameters were obtained.The test system was of simple structure, lower cost, suitable for rough accuracy demand of projectile nutation parameters testing.
