PSO治疗陈旧性胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折合并后凸畸形 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨经椎弓根闭合截骨矫形术（PSO）治疗陈旧性胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折合并后凸畸形的临床效果。方法回顾性分析自2009～01—2013～10采用PSO治疗的陈旧性骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折合并后凸畸形27例。比较手术前后后凸Cobb角、VAS评分、JOA评分。结果术后27例均获得24～34（27．6±2．6）个月随访。术后1周后凸Cobb角（14．6±3．1）°，末次随访时（15．6±3．2）°，末次随访时后凸Cobb角较术前明显减小，差异有统计学意义（t=23．18，P〈0．001）。末次随访时VAS评分（2．9±0．7）分，较术前明显降低，差异有统计学意义（t=18．70，P=0．001）。末次随访时JOA评分（23．6±5．6）分，较术前明显增加，差异有统计学意义（t=9．97，P〈0．001）。结论PSO可良好矫正陈旧性胸瞑椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折合并脊柱后凸畸形，短期疗效良好。
