摘要
结合工程实例,从罐壁设计、自支撑拱顶设计、罐底设计、抗震校核计算等4个方面详细介绍了9 000 m3的大型硫酸储罐的设计计算过程。为便于运输及减少现场安装工作量,罐顶设计满足了工厂分片预制现场组装的特定要求,为大型储罐设计提供参考。
By combining with project examples, the paper introduces design and calculation of 9 000m3large-sized sulphuric acid storage tank from aspects of designs of tank wall, self-support vault, tank bottom and anti-seismic checking. In order to facilitate transportation and reduce quantities of site installation, design of tank top can meet the special requirement of plant block prefabrication site assembly and provide a reference to design of large-sized storage tank.
