摘要
简述了铜冶炼闪速炉余热锅炉安全高效运行的设计特点,利用ANSYS软件分析流场以及温度场,针对性地提出余热锅炉防高低温腐蚀、防磨损、防结灰和提高锅炉膨胀自由度的设计改进之处,并在设计阶段兼顾考虑制作、安装和检修的便利方法。
This paper briefly describes design features of safe and high-efficiency operation of copper smelting FF WHB, ANSYS software is used to analyze flow field and temperature field, and puts forward design improvements of WHB from high-low temperature erosion prevention, anti-abrasion, ash slagging prevention and increase of boiler expansion DOF, and considers some convenient methods of manufacturing, installation and maintenance during the design period.
