摘要
项目资源管理是工程总承包管理的重要内容之一,其职责是在项目实施过程中对项目的内部和外部资源合理调配,并对该项目的具体实施过程进行检查、监督、协调、协商,使这些资源尽可能地服务于总承包工程,以确保总承包项目按质如期交付业主。
Project resource management is one of the important contents of project general contracting management, which has the responsibility of allocating internal external resources of project reasonably, and project resource management will be used for check, monitoring, coordination and negotiation in the period of project implementation, by which these resources will be served for general contracting project as far as possible to ensure delivery of general contracting project on quality and time.
