摘要
随着海洋石油资源的开发,内转塔单点系泊逐渐成为恶劣环境下FPSO定位的主流系泊方式之一。无论是可解脱系泊系统还是永久式系泊系统,内转塔单点系泊的水深适应性都得到了广泛的认可。然而,对于浅水下的内转塔单点系泊设计有着如下的挑战:恶劣的自然环境使得FPSO具有较大的低频漂移运动,系泊系统需要有足够的恢复力特性。该文针对中国南海水深为90m左右的FPSO设计内转塔单点系泊系统,该FPSO为新建15万吨级FPSO,使用内转塔单点系泊系统定位。针对设计恶劣的环境条件(500年一遇)设计了系泊系统,进行扫略分析并进行了立管校核。计算结果表明:该系泊系统性能良好,满足规范和立管设计要求。
Quickly becoming one of the most common moorings for extreme design conditions is the internal turret mooring system.Available as either a permanent or a disconnectable system,the internal turret mooring is recognized for its versatility from shallow water to deep water depths.However,design of such mooring system meets some challenges in shallow water:1)harsh environments in location;2)large dynamic offset as low frequency motion;3)enough restoring force of the mooring system.In this paper,a turret mooring system will be designed for a FPSO system in shallow water in South China Sea where the water depth of about 90 m.A newly build 150 000 DWT FPSO will be located in this field and the unit is kept by a single point mooring system of internal turret type.With response to the harsh environments(500year environments conditions),a dynamic analysis will be performed for the mooring system.It is conclude that the proposed mooring system is fully effective and functional
