摘要
SDPSO是一种集国外成熟的Spar平台技术与传统FPSO技术于一体的新型深水浮式平台形式,其深吃水的主体内部有巨大的空间可以通过油水置换技术来对生产出的原油进行储油和卸油。为了验证该储油系统的实用性,该项目在完成1∶83缩尺比的模型试验后,又进行了1∶50缩尺比的模型试验,旨在通过油水置换工艺模拟试验,对新概念Spar深水钻井生产储卸油平台(SDPSO)的储油系统油水置换工艺进行功能验证,通过检测并分析两次油水分离后水中含油量和油中含水量,确定SDPSO在满足储油功能的同时,置换出的水达到排放标准且不致油中含水量过高。
SDPSO(Spar Drilling Production Storage Offloading)is a newly developed type of deep-water floating platform in-built with proven techniques of Spar and traditional FPSO techniques.It is equipped with sufficient space in main body of the draft part which can be used for produced oil storage and offloading using oil-water displacement technique.In order to verify the feasibility of the process,two model tests had performed,one is 1∶83model scale test,the other is 1:50model scale test.The oil-water displacement process of new concept Spar deepwater drilling production storage and offloading oil platform(SDPSO)is verified by conducting oil-water displacement process model test.Through testing and analyzing oil content in water and water content in oil after two oil/water displacement process,we could confirm that the displacing water meet discharge standards while SDPSO can meet storage function.
