摘要
目前随着石油开采的不断深入,修井的次数以及需要修井的油井数量越来越多。在修井的过程中,更换插入密封是必要的工作,但是在更换插入密封的过程中,有很大一部分生产井在验封时无法实现密封,将管柱取出后发现是由于密封筒出现损伤或者大面积的腐蚀而造成的,唯一的解决方法是再次更换密封筒,这将造成长时间的停产,以及需要投入巨大的成本来完成取出管柱、更换密封筒、再次下入管注、下入新的插入密封、验封等工作,这将大幅的增加作业成本,延长停产检修时间,给正常生产造成极大的不便。为此,研制一种新型的插入密封,在不需要更换受损或者腐蚀的密封筒的情况下,能够对插入密封实现密封,即可大幅减少作业成本,减少停机检修的时间。
with the current development of oil production,the number and frequency of workover is steadily on the increase.During the workover process,it is necessary to replace the inserted seals,but a large proportion of new seals are invalid after the replacement.By taking out the tubular column,is discovered that the sealing tube are damaged or corroded.The sealing tube has to be changed,but it will lead to production stopping,cost increasing and time expanding.It will be needed to design a kind of inserted seals which can achieve sealing effect without changing sealing tube,then reduce operating costs and improve operational efficiency.
