摘要
数值模拟了3种不同负荷分布形式的高负荷低压涡轮叶片在宽广马赫数范围内的流场。通过分析得出:后加载叶型对马赫数的变化较前加载和均匀加载叶型更为敏感,在高马赫数范围内,叶型气动损失亦非常大,远远大于前加载和均匀加载的叶型;当出口等熵马赫数为1时,后加载叶型的气动损失较均匀加载增加了100%。
This paper numerically simulated the flow filed of high loaded low pressure turbine with three kind of loading distribution at wind range Math number. Through analysis we can conclude that : the aft loaded airfoil is more sensitive to Mach number compared to front and mid loaded airfoil, and the aerodynamic loss is very obvious for aft loaded airfoil at the range of high Mach number with is larger than front and mid loaded airfoils. The aerodynamic loss of aft loaded airfoil increased by 100% compared to mid loaded airfol when the export isentropic Mach number is 1.
