The Research and Development Based on Network Governance of Cross-Border Cooperation Mechanism of China's Southwest International Rivers

基于网络治理理论,结合开发现状,重点分析了我国西南地区国际河流水能开发跨境合作的网络治理结构,并以此为基础提出了互动与整合两大机制及具体执行体系,以期为西南国际河流水能开发跨境合作实践提供理论依据。

This article, based on the theory of network governance and the development status, focused on analysis of the network governance structure on the cross-border cooperation of the water power of China＇ s southwest international rivers, and based on this, the interaction and integration of the two mechanisms and the concrete system of implementation were proposed in order to provide the theoretical basis for cross-border cooperation of the China southwest international river＇ s water power development.
