植物乳杆菌L01对高脂血症大鼠的降胆固醇功效 被引量:2

The cholesterol-lowering effect of Lactobacillus plantarum L01 in the hyperlipidaemic rat model

摘要 研究植物乳杆菌L01对喂食高脂膳食的大鼠脂质代谢中的降胆固醇功效。SD大鼠被随机分成正常组、对照组、实验组Ⅰ和实验组Ⅱ。正常组喂食基础饲料,对照组喂食高脂饲料,实验组Ⅰ和实验组Ⅱ在喂食高脂饲料的基础上分别喂食低剂量(植物乳杆菌L01含量10~8 cfu/mL)和高剂量(植物乳杆菌L01含量10^(10) cfu/mL)的植物乳杆菌L01,饲养4周后测定相关指标。结果显示,正常组、对照组、实验组Ⅰ和实验组Ⅱ的SD大鼠的脏器指数差异不显著(P>0.05),这说明植物乳杆菌L01对大鼠没有明显的毒副作用;实验组Ⅰ和实验组ⅡSD大鼠的TC、TG、LDL-C明显低于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C明显高于对照组(P<0.05),说明植物乳杆菌L01对高脂血症大鼠有一定的降胆固醇作用;实验组Ⅰ和实验组Ⅱ的SD大鼠的胰岛素和瘦素水平较低,说明植物乳杆菌L01对胰岛素和瘦素水平的调节有重要影响,植物乳杆菌L01可能是通过调节瘦素水平和胰岛素水平控制了血脂水平调节,降低了血脂中的胆固醇水平。 Abstact: The cholesterol-lowering effect of Lactobacillus plantarumL01 on lipid metabolism of rats fed on a high fat diet was investigated.Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal diet group,a high fat diet(HFD) group,experimental groupⅠ and experimental group Ⅱ.The normal group was fed with basical diet.The controlled group was fed with high fat diet.The experimental groupⅠ and experiment group Ⅱ were fed with low dose(Lactobacillus plantarumL01,10~8 cfu/mL) and high dose(Lactobacillus plantarumL01,10^(10) cfu/mL) Lactobacillus plantarumL01 diet except the high fat diet.The results showed that the organic indexes of the four group were not significant difference(P0.05),it indicated that Lactobacillus plantarumL01 was safe without toxic side effect.The TC,TG and LDL-C in the serum of ratsin the experimental groupⅠ and experiment group Ⅱ were lower than the controlled group,it indicated the Lactobacillus plantarumL01 was able to reduce the cholesterol level in some extent.The insulin and leptin level in the experimental groupⅠ and experiment group Ⅱ were lower,it indicated the Lactobacillus plantarumL01 play an important role on regulation of insulin and leptin.Lactobacillus plantarumL01 may control the regulation of serum lipid level by regulating the insulin and leptin level and lower the cholesterol level.
