摘要
研究了臭参的地上部分水溶性成分吸附胆酸盐、胆固醇及脂肪情况。结果表明:(1)水溶性成分含量为7.2%;(2)试样浓度与胆酸钠、甘胆酸钠、牛磺胆酸钠吸附率呈正相关性,不吸附脱氧胆酸钠。随时间的延长试样对胆酸钠的吸附率逐渐增加,60 min后基本稳定。试样吸附结合点是胆酸盐7位的羟基官能团;(3)试样对胆固醇的吸附随时间的延长吸附量增加,100 min后稳定。试样浓度与吸附量成反相关性,与胆固醇浓度成正相关性。试样吸附结合点是胆固醇3位的羟基官能团;(4)试样对猪油、菜籽油的吸附率分别为13.5%、12.5%;臭参地上部分作为食品有较高的安全性,试验结果也表明具有较高的研究和开发价值。
The adsorption of bile salts,cholesterol and grease by water soluble constituents from Codonopsis bulleyana aboveground parts was studied.The results showed that(1)The water soluble constituents from Codonopsis bulleyana aboveground parts were 7.2%.(2)The specimen concentration and the adsorption rate of sodium cholate,sodium glycocholate and sodium taurocholate were positive correlation,and non adsorption of sodium deoxycholate.The adsorption rate gradually increased with the time,and 60 min later was stable.The adsorption binding point of the specimen was seven hydroxyl groups.(3)The adsorption of cholesterol increased with the time,and 100 min later was stable.The specimen concentration and the adsorption capacity of cholesterol were inverse correlation.Specimen adsorption binding point was cholesterol's three hydroxyl groups.(4)The adsorption rate of specimen to lard and rapeseed oil were 13.5% and 12.5%.As a food,the Codonopsis bulleyana aboveground parts has higher security.The test results showed that it has high research and development value also.
