市民慈善捐赠态度探析——以西南地区为例

Analysis on the Citizens' Attitude towards Charitable Contribution:A Case Study of Southwest China

慈善捐赠一直是社会公益事业中的热点话题和关注对象,以西南地区的四川省成都市、贵州省贵阳市、云南省曲靖市、重庆市沙坪坝区的市民为母体,抽取1 000位市民作为问卷调查的样本(用偶遇抽样、判断抽样、雪球抽样的方法,以每市为基本单位抽取250位市民作为问卷调查对象),并以判断抽样、雪球抽样的方法选取18位市民作为访谈调查的样本,从市民慈善捐赠态度入手,探析影响市民捐赠态度的因素。通过样本数据分析,探索出市民慈善捐赠自主性较低、自觉意识偏弱、对慈善机构缺乏信任等问题。慈善机构应加大宣传力度,公开信息,出台专门的慈善法律,促进慈善事业发展。

Charitable contribution has been the hot topic and focus in social welfare undertakings. Taking citizens in Chengdu City,Guiyang City,Qujing City,and Shapingba District,Chongqing City as the population,1000 randomly selected citizens are taken as survey samples（ with the methods of I met sampling,judgment sampling and snowball sampling to select a total sample of 250 people from each city）. Combined with judgment sampling,snowball sampling method,18 civilians are taken as investigation sample. Approaching from the angle of citizen＇s attitudes towards charitable contribution,the paper analyzes the factors that impact on their attitude towards charitable contribution. Through the sample data analysis,it is found that citizens have a low willingness and a weak consciousness in donation,and lack in trust towards charity organizations. Charity organizations should increase publicity efforts,make information transparent,and introduce special law and regulations regarding charity to promote the development of charity.
