治理现代化视角下大学生参与高校后勤管理的机制创新

Mechanism Innovation for College Students' Participation in College Logistics Management from the Perspective of Governance Modernization

大学生的参与是高校治理现代化和高等教育发展的必然要求。当前我国高校治理中,大学生的参与仍然存在不足,其中后勤领域是盲点。必须把大学生参与后勤管理纳入高校治理现代化的大局中予以统筹,并且通过组织和机制创新,选择适当的领域和策略推进大学生参与后勤管理,为高校善治与和谐提供保证。

College students are important subjects in the university public affairs,and their participation in the university public affairs is the inevitable requirement of the modernization of university governance and the development of higher education. Currently college students still have a low level of participation in university governance in our country,and it is specially so in the field of the university logistics. In the overall plan of the modernization of university governance,the participation of college students in the management of university logistics must be taken into consideration. Through the organization and mechanism innovation,appropriate fields and strategies should be chosen to promote college students＇ participation in the management of logistics,to provide the good governance and harmony of the university management.
