On the Construction of the Learning-based University——Countermeasures to College Students Weakness in Learning

推动高等教育内涵式发展,努力建设学习型大学,是未来大学的发展方向,未来最成功的大学是学习型大学。建设学习型大学是应对和改善目前高校大学生普遍存在的学习弱势现象的必然要求,而且也必然成为高校可持续发展的重要前提和保障。在构建学习型大学进程中,可以从三个方面着手推进:努力营造尊重学习尊重知识的校园文化氛围,进一步拓宽知识共享途径和方式,强化团体学习。

The development trends of future university are to promote the connotative development of university to build a learning-based university,which will be the most successful university in the future. The building of a learning-based university is also the inevitable requirement of responding to and improving the widespread learning weakness among college students,and is also destined to be an important premise and guarantee for the sustainable development of universities. The following aspects can be taken into consideration in the process of building learning-based university： assiduously create a campus atmosphere of respecting study and knowledge,further broaden the channels and ways of knowledge sharing and strengthen group learning.
