瓦斯爆炸电火源点火特征的实验研究

摘要 本文以华北科技学院瓦斯爆炸实验室为平台,自行研制了一套点火器系统,对瓦斯爆炸点火特征进行了研究。用示波器法测定了在不同充电电压和电极间隙下的点火能量,分析了充电电压和电极间隙对点火能量的影响效应。结果表明:充电电压越大,点火能量越高;电极间隙有一个最佳值,在最佳间隙下的点火能量最低,超过最佳间隙,点火能量会随着电极间隙的增大而增大。 Based on the explosion lab platform in North China Institute of Science and Technology,the ignition characteristics of gas explosion was researched through a set of self-developed ignition system.The ignition energy at different charging voltage and electrode gap was determined using oscilloscope,and the effects of charging voltage and electrode gap on ignition energy was analyzed.Experiment result showed the higher the charging voltage,the higher the ignition energy; and there was an optimum value for the electrode gap,the ignition energy was the lowest at the optimum gap,when the gap was over the optimum value,the ignition energy will increase with the increase of the electrode gap.
