摘要 以煤炭科技进步为研究对象,结合煤炭企业发展现状和科技进步水平,对煤炭企业科技进步系统及其评价问题进行了全面、深入地研究,运用层次分析法构建煤炭企业科技进步综合评价指标体系,合理选取评价指标和确定指标权重;收集四座煤炭企业科技进步数据,计算煤炭企业科技进步指数,根据煤炭企业科技进步评价指标得分值多少,分析该煤炭企业在哪些方面存在不足,为煤炭企业提高科技进步水平提供理论依据。 Taking coal science and technology advancement as the research object,combining the development of coal enterprises with the level of scientific and technological progress,this paper conducted a comprehensive and in-depth study on coal enterprises scientific and technological progress system,as well as its evaluation problems.It also constructed a comprehensive evaluation indicator system of coal enterprises scientific and technological progress by using AHP,reasonably selecting the evaluation indicator and weight; then it collected related data from four coal mines,and calculated the index of coal scientific and technological advancement.According to evaluation indicator scores of coal enterprises scientific and technological progress,it analyzed the insnfficiency of these coal mines,which provides theoretical foundation of improving the level of scientific and technological progress.
