摘要
水电工程建设在国家基本建设中占有较大的比重,水电工程施工又属于高风险行业,皆处在偏远的山区。因此,水电工程建设的安全生产管理显得尤为重要,深入研究水电工程安全意义重大。本文应用瑟利模型对100起水电事故案例进行逐一分析及结果统计,结合水电施工特点得出:人的心理和行为异常主要是瑟利模型中认识警报、处理危险和采取行动这三个方面问题。最后结合水电施工技术特点针对以上三个方面提出控制和预防水电施工事故的对策措施。
The hydropower construction will account for a large proportion of our national hydropower construction,and it also belongs to a high-risk industry.They are often constructed in the remote mountainous areas.Therefore,it is particularly important in hydropower project construction safety management,and it is significant to give a deep study in hydropower engineering safety.This essay based on the statistics of hydropower construction accidents cases.It is according to the conclusion and the application of the Surry Model,I give a statistical analysis and results to the existing hydropower accident cases.Combined with the actual situation of hydropower construction,and in the aspects of knowing the alarm,dealing with dangers and taking actions,I illustrate some countermeasures on the control and prevention of hydropower construction accidents.
