电力自动化设备机柜屏蔽效能测试与整改

摘要 介绍了电力机柜屏蔽效能的测试方法和整改措施,分析了电力机柜屏蔽效能与机柜内部的电力二次设备辐射电磁抗扰度之间的关系,并提出了一种有效提高电力机柜内部二次设备或系统电磁辐射抗扰度的方法,通过实验验证表明,在机柜开口的屏蔽网罩,必须保证它的电连续性,开口或连接不好的缝隙,会使屏蔽网罩的作用大幅降低,甚至没有屏蔽作用。 Introduction was made to a test method of power cabinet shielding effectiveness. The paper analyzed the relationship between the power cabinet shielding effectiveness and the radiation electromagnetic immunity of the electric power secondary equipment within the cabi-net and raised a kind of effective method to increase the radiation electromagnetic immunity of secondary equipment and system within in the electric cabinets. The experiment results show that the shielding mesh enclosure of open end electric cabinets should be switched on constantly, otherwise the function of shielding mesh enclosure would be reduced greatly, even there is non any shielding functions.
