摘要
介绍了数控复合加工技术的三种含义、主要特征及其工艺技术装备和工艺路线选择的原则,分析了复合多种专业工艺和数控多种加工能量的优势;提出通过优化产品工艺及装备设计方案,解决电器结构件高度集成问题,实现制造提质增效;该措施是对电器制造技术的丰富和补充。
Introduction was made to three kinds of meanings of numerical control composite machining technology, main characteristics and its production technology, equipment and process route selection principle. This paper analyzed the advantages of composite with various professional technology and many kinds of numerical control processing energy. By optimizing the product process and equipment design, the electrical structure components were highly integrated, which realizes high manufacturing quality and efficiency. This method enriches and replenishes electric appliance manufacturing technology.
