摘要
烧结机的"顿车"现象,是钢铁企业在使用实践中经常遇到的问题。本文运用链传动的理论,分析了带式烧结机"顿车"产生的原因,提出轻微的"顿车"现象是由烧结机运动特性所决定,重度"顿车"则是异常阻力所致。实例应用结果表明,通过调整头尾星轮和弯道,使其尽可能符合设计要求的位置关系,彻底消除了台车在头尾弯道的异常阻力,解决了烧结机的"顿车"问题。
The creeping phenomenon of sintering machine appears frequently in the practice of sintering production of iron steel enterprises. The causes of the phenomenon were analyzed based on the theory of chain transmission,and it is thought that the slight creeping phenomenon is determined by the kinematic characteristics of the sintering machine,while severe creeping phenomenon is caused by abnormal resistance. The actual application results show that,the adjustment of the head-sprocket and curved rail which is made to make the relative position between them meet the requirements of design could eliminate the abnormal resistance thoroughly,and thus the problem of creeping phenomenon of sintering machine is solved.
