海工辅助船舶消防能力增强的探讨

Research on Enhancing Fire-fighting Ability of Maritime Auxiliary Vessel

随着我国近岸和海上石油开采的发展,其带来的火灾风险与日俱增。针对目前海工辅助船舶消防能力有限的问题,对海工辅助船舶消防能力增强的方式进行了探讨,希望为用户和设计者在进行海工辅助船舶的改造、新建及设计时,对其消防能力的考虑和设计起到指导作用。

The development of national offshore oil exploitation increases risk of fire hazard. The improvement methods for fire-fighting of maritime auxiliary vessel against the current limited fire-fighting ability are discussed in this paper. It is hoped that it will serve as a guide for the design and consideration of fire-fighting when rebuilt, built and design the maritime auxiliary vessel.
