2014年,广东全省现代农业生产以市场为导向,以科技为依托,以机制创新为动力,落实各项政策措施,调整优化生产结构,加强农田基础建设,全省粮食生产实现恢复性增产,主要经济作物普遍丰收,种植业总体保持稳定,畜牧业维持低速运行,渔业稳定增长。产业市场行情方面,稻米行情小幅上升,生猪市场疲软走弱,蔬菜、花卉等产业价格波动上行,水果市场保持平稳,预测未来大部分农产品价格将保持稳定。农业科技水平方面,花卉产业科技贡献率较高,科研院所基础研究助力产业长足发展,农业技术推广体系日趋完善。
