甘薯产业是广东省的重要农业产业之一,种植区域相对集中于粤西、粤东地区。2015年广东省甘薯种植面积30.44万hm^2,产量142.26万t,均居全省主要农作物第3位,甘薯单产较往年稍有回落,但总体稳定。2014年广东甘薯产业成本收益与2013年基本持平,预计2015年广东甘薯总体价格将呈稳中有升趋势。为促进广东甘薯产业健康发展,详细分析了广东甘薯产业的发展现状,并提出关于提升广东省甘薯产业化发展的对策建议。

The sweet-potato industry is one of the important agricultural industry in Guangdong, furthermore, sweet-potato planting mainly distributes in western and eastern Guangdong. In 2014, the cultivated area was 304 thousand hm2, the yield was 1 422 600 t, which ranked the 3th of the major crops in Guangdong; the yield of per unit area in 2014 decreased slightly compared to that in previous years, but it was overall stable. The cost-benefit of sweet - potato industry in 2013 was equal to that in 2014. The price forecasting of 2015 showed that the cost-benefit would stay rising. To promote the healthy development of sweet -potato industry, we analyzed the present conditions of sweet -potato industry in Guangdong, and put forward some countermeasures on the sweet-potato industry of Guangdong.
