一株野生乌芝的鉴定及其生物学特性研究 被引量:7

摘要 从广东省广州市白云山内采集到一株野生假芝,对其子实体进行了组织分离,获得纯菌丝体。通过形态学和ITS序列鉴定,确认该菌株属于灵芝科假芝属真菌,与乌芝(Amauroderma rugosum)同源性最高,编号为白云乌芝(BYWZ)。首次开展乌芝生物学特性研究,结果表明,该菌株菌丝生长的最适碳源为果糖,最适氮源为麸皮,最适生长温度为30℃,最适pH值范围为7.0~8.0。该研究为乌芝的人工驯化栽培和开发利用奠定基础,对开发利用国内野生真菌资源具有重要意义。 We collected a wild Amauroderma mushroom from the Baiyun mountain, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. By morphology and ITS sequence analysis, it was confirmed that the strain belonged to the genus Amauroderma family, and had highly homology with Amauroderma rugosum, strain numbered as BYWZ. Culture conditions results showed that the best carbon source for the mycelial growth was fructose, the best nitrogen source was wheat bran, temperature was optimal at 30℃, and the optimal pH range was 7.0-8.0. It will be conducive to further artificial domestic cultivation ofA. rugosum, and the application of wild mushroom resources in our country.
