厘清"负面清单"的概念和内涵,探讨目前高校学生社团的两种错误管理模式,尝试在高校社团管理中引入"负面清单"模式,在建立学生社团准入机制和评价机制方面进行举例说明,意在拓宽高校社团管理思路,走出"不管就乱,一管就死"的怪圈,激发高校社团的活力和积极性。

This thesis firstly introduces the concept and connotation of ＂negative＂list,probes into two error management mode of the present college students associations,attempts to introduce the ＂negative list＂in the college students associations management,and illustrates the establishment of the student association access mechanism and evaluation mechanism.This thesis intends to broaden the college students associations management ideas,and helps them get out of the strange circle to stimulate the vitality and initiative of college students associations.
