摘要
2013年10月1日起《中华人民共和国旅游法》施行后,导游群体的劳动权益并没有得到应有的保障,究其原因,除导游用工关系不明、监管不力等外部因素外,还存在导游职业整体素质偏低、人才过剩等内部因素。提高导游群体劳动权益保障水平也需从完善职业管理体制和提升执业水平两个方面进行。
After the implementation of "Travel Law",tourist guides' labor Rights have not been duly protected because of a variety of reasons.In addition to the external factors such as unclear employment relationship and lack of supervision,there are internal factors of low quality guides and excessive labor staff.Strengthening labor rights protection level also needs to be rtone from a perfect physiqcal and enhance practicd management standards.
