Secondary and higher vocational college students＇ hotel internship is an important part of practice teaching of hotel major.Student＇s practice situation was investigated and analyzed.In view of the problems existing in the process of practice,the basic requirements of the hotel management interns have been made clear.The hotel side should strengthen intern＇s salary management,life management,performance management,work management.It should strengthen interns＇ management before practice,during and after the process,to constantly improve the students＇ practice effect.
