摘要
现阶段国有企业的薪酬制度一般是以个人能力为基础来计算的,忽视了个人在人力资源价值链中的真实作用。随着对人力资源价值重视程度的增加,这一分配方式越来越受到质疑。新型薪酬制度的设计思路,将人力资源价值用价值链薪酬的方式体现出来,更加有利于激励员工,最重要的是有利于引导员工队伍优化组合,使人力资源创新管理成为企业发展的战略支点,实现国有企业的战略意向,体现新一轮国有企业改革大潮中的管理科学。
Reward system of state-owned enterprises is typically based on personal ability,neglecting the real roles of individuals in human resource value chain.However,with the increasing attention to HR value,the current allocation mode has been increasingly challenged.The new design of reward system represents HR value in the form of value chain pay,which may offer more incentives to employees and guide the optimization of working staff.With this innovation,HR management may turn into the strategic pivot for the development of enterprises.
