肛肠科术后针对性护理对缓解肛门疼痛及排便的影响

Effect of anorectal postoperative targeted nursing on alleviating anal pain and defecation

目的探讨肛肠科术后针对性护理对缓解肛门疼痛及排便的影响。方法选取行肛肠手术的106例患者为研究对象,征询患者同意后随机将其分成研究组和对照组,各53例。对照组采用常规护理方案,研究组在上述护理基础上予以针对性护理方案。比对两组患者术后肛门疼痛分级、相关并发症发生情况及护理满意度评估结果,对比其夜间睡眠质量评分、术后首次排便时间、排便所用时间。结果 1研究组患者术后睡眠质量评分、首次排便时间及排便所用时间均显著低于对照组患者,护理满意度评分则显著高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2研究组患者术后肛门疼痛程度轻于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将针对性护理干预措施应用于肛肠手术患者术后护理中,能有效缓解其肛门疼痛、排便困难症状,对提高治疗舒适度、改善术后护理满意度等具有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of anorectal postoperative targeted nursing on alleviating anal pain and defecation. Methods 106 patients who underwent anorectal operation were selected as the research object. After consulting their agreement, the patients were randomly divided into the research group（n=53） and the control group（n=53） of two groups. The control group received routine nursing. On the basis of the above, the research group received targeted nursing. The postoperative anal pain grading, incidence of related complications and assessment results of nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. The differences in scores of sleep quality at night, time of postoperative initial defecation and time for defecation between the two groups were recorded. Results 1 The score of sleep quality at night, time of postoperative initial defecation and time for defecation of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group while the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）; 2In the research group, the rate of mild postoperative anal pain（73.6%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（43.4%）（P 〈0.05）;3The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the research group（13.2%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（43.4%）（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of targeted nursing intervention measures in nursing of patients after anorectal operation can effectively alleviate the anal pain and symptoms of difficult defecation. It has positive significance in improving the treatment comfort and improving postoperative nursing satisfaction.
