医药院校校训文化现状分析与发展研究

The analysis of the current situation and development of the culture on the motto in medical colleges

基于78所医药院校校训宣传、产生、用词、释义、作用等现状调查,重点分析了医药院校校训词源及词义内涵特征,阐述了“德高为先”“精诚怀仁”“自强奋发”“博学为本”“知行统一”“精术敬业”“求实创新”“济世奉献”等价值理念为主的医药院校校训文化,并就医药院校校训文化建设的丰富性、时代性、个性化和系统化等方面提出了建议.

Based on the investigation of propaganda,produce,words,paraphrase,effect,etc.the motto of 78 medical colleges,This paper analysis the features on the etymology and connotation of the motto in 78 medical colleges,and it elaborated the idea of value on the medical colleges motto culture,such as ＆quot;noble moral first,sincere and charity,self-reliance and hard work,hard learned fundamental,maintain the consistency of knowing and doing,fine skills and love the cause realistic and innovative,be dedicated＆quot; and etc.and this paper also puts forward some suggestions of the richness,the trend of the times,personalized and systematic on the construction of medical college motto culture.
