1998年～2012年中国普通高校临床医学专业招生规模研究

Study on the enrollment scale of medical education from 1998 to 2012 in China

本文定量分析了1998年～ 2012年我国普通高校临床医学专业招生规模变化情况.结果显示,临床医学专业招生总量的增长速度趋缓、学历层次正在朝着高学历方向调整;临床医学专业招生在医学类专业招生中所占比例明显下降,对于医学教育扩招的影响日益减弱;临床医学专业的扩招主要由校均和非重点院校招生规模过快增长引起.因此,建议进一步优化临床医学专业招生的学历结构、严格控制招生规模、坚持以临床医学专业为主体.

Based on descriptive analysis,the article analyzed the change of enrollment scale of medical education from 1998 to 2012 in China.It was found that the total amount of admitted students increased at a slower rate and more and more students studied for a higher education level.The proportion of medical students among health professional students had been decreasing,indicating a weakening influence on enrollment expansion in health professional education.Furthermore,enrollment expansion in medical education was mainly caused by rapid increase of medical students per university and students in non-key universities.Regarding enrollment adjustment in the future,it was suggested that educational levels should be further optimized,enrollment scale should be strictly controlled,and medical education should be regarded as a core field in health professional education.with adherence to clinical medicine as the core.
