摘要
2015年,教育部办公厅颁发了《关于做好七年制临床医学教育调整为“5+3”一体化人才培养改革工作的通知》,要求将七年制临床医学专业招生调整为临床医学专业“5+3”一体化,即5年本科教育阶段合格者直接进入本校与住院医师规范化培训有机衔接的3年临床医学硕士专业学位研究生教育阶段.本文在回顾解读“5+3”一体化改革进程和改革内容的基础上,分析了七年制临床医学教育转型“5+3”一体化将要面临的问题,并提出了相应的对策.
In 2015,Office of the Ministry of Education issued a notice about making the sevenyear program of clinical medical education adjustment for the "5+3" integrated personnel training reform,request to adjust the seven-year clinical medicine professional admissions to clinical medicine professional integration of "5+3",that is to say that 5-year undergraduate will pass directly into the 3-year professional master degree of clinical medicine graduate education stage,which organically links the school and the resident standardization training.In this article we analysis the problems we will face in the progress of the seven-year program transformation for "5 + 3" integration,based on review of "5 + 3" integration reform process and reform content,and we also put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
