摘要
人才是高校发展的第一资源,高层次人才是学校人力资源的核心.近年来,许多医学院校积极实施人才强校战略,坚持培养与引进并重,不断优化人才工作机制,切实加大延揽海内外高层次人才工作力度,人才队伍规模不断扩大,结构趋于合理,专业化、现代化、国际化程度不断提高,支撑科学发展能力进一步增强.但是,受诸多因素影响和制约,高层次拔尖创新人才不足,学科领军人物太少,依然是需要着力解决的瓶颈问题.开展高层次人才队伍建设的研究,全面掌握高层次人才队伍的现状和问题,改善高层次人才发展的环境,提出高层次人才队伍建设的意见和建议,对于切实增强医学院校核心竞争力、提高医学院校发展水平具有重要的现实意义.
Talent is the first resource in the development of colleges and universities,and high-level talents is especially the core of human resources.In recent years,many medical colleges and universities actively implement strong strategy,adhere to the training and introduction,optimize talents working mechanism,and intensify their efforts to recruit high-level talents from home and abroad.Work personnel scale is growing,the structure is more reasonable,the degree of specialization,modernization and internationalization is increasing.But affected by many factors and constraints,high-level top creative talents,discipline leaders also are inadequate,which has become the bottleneck.Carrying out research into the construction of high-level talent team,fully grasping the current situation and problems of the high-level talent team,improving the development of high-level personnel environment,putting forward opinions and Suggestions,for the construction of high-level talent team,strengthening the core competitiveness,and enhancing the level of school development is of strong practical significance.
