摘要
从地方医学高校学术团队培养青年骨干教师中存在的问题入手,本文分析了交叉专业学科、学术交流和社会实践等在青年教师培养中的作用,探讨了山东省“病理学与病理生理学”团队在青年教师培养中的成功实践,以期为我国地方医学高校专业学术团队的可持续性创新发展提供策略.
Based on the problems of young teacher academic team training in local medical colleges this article analyzed the effects of cross professional discipline,academic communication and social practice in youth teacher training,discussed the successful practice in teacher training of "pathology and pathophysiology" team of Shandong province so as to provide some advisable strategies for the sustainable innovation and development of young teacher academic team training in local medical colleges of China.
