Ineffective doctor-patient conversations result in unharmonious doctor-patient relationship,based on the theoretical framework of critical discourse analysis,the paper reviews and analyzes the micro-linguistic phenomena of doctor-patient conversations to uncover the concealed ideology,in the purpose of enhancing the critical awareness of doctors and thus improve the their communication skills with patients,whose approach provides a few important implications for improving doctor-patient conversations and ease the contradiction between doctors and oatients.
