以案例为基础学习引入外科护理学教学中对医学生专业素质与能力培养的影响 被引量:4

The influence of the cultivation of professional quality and ability of medical students' by leading the case-based learning into the teaching of surgical nursing

摘要 目的 探索加强护理专业学生专业素质与能力培养的方法.方法 采用实验对照研究方法.选取湖北省恩施州卫生学校2012级护理专业240名学生为研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组120名学生.实验组采用以案例为基础学习(case-based learning,CBL)教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法(lecture-based learning,LBL),通过问卷调查和理论考试,比较两组学生教学效果,分析不同教学方法对学生综合能力的影响.结果 实验组学生外科护理学成绩及其对外科护理学学习相关指标的评价均高于对照组.结论 CBL教学方法能够显著提高学生的临床思维能力、归纳分析能力、自学能力,激发学习兴趣,锻炼口头表达能力,提高运用知识能力,培养团结协作精神,加强师生互动,提高解决问题能力,有效实现了理论知识与临床知识的“双向渗透”. Objective To strengthen the nursing students' professional ability and quality training.Methods To choose 240 nursing students of Enshi Medical School as the research object,divide them into experimental group and control group,each group has 120 students.The experimental group uses case discussing teaching method (case-based learning,CBL) and the control group uses the traditional teaching method (lecture-based learning,LBL).Through the theory test and questionnaire survey,the teaching effects of the two groups were compared and the impact of different teaching methods on students' comprehensive ability was analyzed.Results The experimental group students score and surgical nursing of surgical nursing learning related indicators were higher than the control group.Conclusions Case discussion teaching method can significantly improve clinical thinking ability,inductive and analytical ability,and self-learning ability of nursing students.It also can stimulate students' interest in learning,training students' ability of oral expression,improve students' ability to use knowledge,cultivate students ' spirit of unity and cooperation,strengthen the interaction between teachers and students,improve students' ability of solving problems,and effectively realize basic and clinical knowledge integraction.
