云南中医学院临床医学专业学位硕士研究生放射诊断学实习情况调查分析

Research on the clerkship of clinical postgraduates in the Department of Radiology in Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的 调查云南中医学院临床医学专业学位硕士研究生放射诊断学实习现状,探讨改进教学医院实习带教方法.方法 选取在云南中医学院第一附属医院进行放射诊断学实习的2009级和2010级临床医学专业学位112名硕士研究生为研究对象,比较并总结2届实习研究生考勤情况、读片练习、出科考试及综合考核等实习情况.结果 2届实习研究生中仅有约10.0％的研究生实习期间达到全勤（P＞0.05）,2届实习研究生挑选CT片进行日常练习的比例均超过60.0％（P＞0.05）,2届实习研究生中均有约1/3的研究生在实习期间任意迟到早退（P＞0.05）,2届实习研究生中全勤研究生的出科考试成绩均好于缺勤研究生（P＜0.05）.结论 放射诊断学实习不容忽视,教师有必要加强实习研究生管理,严格考勤制度和出科考核,完善临床带教模式,多渠道利用西医资源,提高研究生实习主动性,让其在日常工作中将所学中医知识与西医知识结合并应用,实现从抽象知识到具体实践的转化.

Objective To investigate the clerkship of clinical postgraduates in the Imaging Department of the First Affiliated Hospital in Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and to inquire into how to improve clerkship teaching ways of TCM teaching hospital.Methods 112 Clinical postgraduates in grade 2009 and 2010 who practiced in the Imaging Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the last two years were selected as the study object.The difference of attendance,reading exercises,examination and assessment were compared between the two grade postgraduates.Results Only about 10.0% postgraduates attended full-time clerkship for a month in the two grades （P 〉 0.05）.More than 60.0% of them selected CT as daily exercises （P〉0.05）,about 1/3 of them were late and leave early （P〉0.05）,full-time students scores were better than absentee （P〈0.05）.Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen clerkship management.Multi-channel of western-style medicine hospital resources should be used for improving students＇ practice
