Investigation on the specialty identity of master degree postgraduate of clinical medicine

目的 了解临床医学专业硕士研究生（以下简称研究生）专业认同情况.方法 采用随机整群抽样的方法,抽取南方医科大学第二临床医学院2012级、2013级和2014级临床医学专业381名研究生为研究对象,对其进行专业认同问卷调查.结果 ①不同年级研究生专业认同相比,差异具有统计学意义,三年级研究生专业认同最好,一年级研究生专业认同最差（P＜0.05）;②研究生专业认同不受性别和入学志愿影响（P＞0.05）;③不同培养类型研究生专业认同相比,差异具有统计学意义,学术型研究生专业认同高于专业型研究生（P＜0.05）.结论 医学院校应当加强研究生的职业规划教育,对于低年级研究生或专业型研究生,学校可以采取多种有效措施提高专业认同,例如,开展职业生涯规划教育、完善导师遴选制度、建立研究生质量培养体系、加强媒体宣传等,以提高专业型研究生的专业认同.

Objective To know the status of specialty identity of master degree postgraduate of clinical medicine.Methods Using the method of cluster random sampling,381 master degree postgraduate of clinical medicine （grade 2012,2013,2014） from Second Clinical Medical College of Southern Medical University were investigated by specialty identity questionnaire （SIQ）.Results Specialty identity is different among 3 grades（P〈0.05）.The gender and the wish of application don＇t affect the specialty identity（P〉0.05）,but the type of degree will affect the specialty identity（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Schools should take measures to improve the specialty identity of postgraduate students of clinical medicine.In order to improve the specialty identity of junior graduate students and professional master graduate students,a variety of measures can be taken,such as carrying out career education,improving the system of tutor selection,setting up quality evaluation system,and strengthening the media publicity.
