XM2105型百杀净雾化剂的杀虫灭鼠效果研究

The control effects of XM2105 Baishajing spray agent against insects and rodents

目的测定XM2105型百杀净雾化剂的杀虫灭鼠效果。方法以淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、美洲大蠊、ICR小白鼠和SD大鼠为试验对象,使用康爱特牌超微粒雾化机对XM2105型百杀净雾化剂进行模拟现场药效研究。结果模拟现场药效研究结果表明:XM2105型百杀净雾化剂对试虫(淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、美洲大蠊)和试鼠(ICR小白鼠和SD大鼠)均有较好的杀灭作用,XM2105型百杀净雾化剂以模拟现场推荐使用剂量(即1倍用药量是3 ml/m3)的2/3倍、1倍和3/2倍药量喷雾后分别密闭1 h和2 h后对试虫(淡色库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊和美洲大蠊)、试鼠(ICR小白鼠和SD大鼠)的击倒率均达到100%,淡色库蚊、家蝇、ICR小白鼠和SD大鼠24 h死亡率均为100%,德国小蠊和美洲大蠊72 h死亡率均为100%。结论 XM2105型百杀净雾化剂对蚊、蝇、蟑螂、鼠具有较好的击倒和杀灭作用,同时具有高效、快速的特点。

Objective To observe the control efficacy of the XM2105-Baishajing spray agent against insects and rodents. Methods Simulated field test was employed. Results The simulated field test showed that XM2105 Baishajing spray agent held remarkable control effects against Culex pipiens paUens, Musca domestica, BlatteUa germanica, Periplaneta americana, ICR mice and SD rats. 1 h or 2 h knocking down and 24 h or 72 h mortality reached 100%. Conclusion XM2105 Baishajing spray agent displays remarkable control effects against insects and rodents.
