Resistance of Blattella germanica to commonly used insecticides in Luoyang City

目的了解洛阳市区德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性情况,为合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法药膜接触法测定抗药性。结果洛阳市区德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和残杀威的抗性倍数分别为1.89、3.61和1.77。结论洛阳市区德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂产生低水平抗性。

Objective To know the resistance of Blattella germanica to commonly used insecticides in Luoyang City, and provide scientific basis for rational use of insecticides. Methods Residual insecticide film method was employed in the test. Results The resistance rates of Blattella germanica to beta-cypermethrin, delta-methrin and propoxur were 1.89,3.61 and 1.77. Conclusion Blattella germanica developed low resistance to common used insecticides in Luoyang City.
