内江市2014年蝇监测结果分析

摘要 目的了解内江市蝇种群构成及季节消长趋势。方法采用笼诱法进行蝇密度监测,对监测的数据使用EXCEL 2003和SPSS 17.0进行统计学分析。结果 2014年共捕获成蝇2 032只,隶属7属11种,平均密度为7.53只/笼,其中居民区密度为16.52只/笼,绿化带密度为12.02只/笼,农贸市场密度为4.54只/笼,餐饮外环境密度为2.28只/笼。密度高峰出现在8月。结论内江市的优势蝇种为铜绿蝇、丝光绿蝇和大头金蝇,主要生境为居民区和绿化带。 Objective To understand the species composition, seasonal variation of flies in Neijiang City. Methods Cage traps were used to capture flies. EXCEL 2003 and SPSS 17.0 were applied in data analysis. Results Totally 2 032 flies were trapped in 2014, belonging to 11 species 7 genera. The average density was 7.53 flies per cage. The fly densities were 16. 52 flies per cage in residential, 12. 02 flies per cage in green belts ,4. 54 flies per cage in farmers markets and 2.28 flies per cage outside restaurants. The density peak appeared in August. Conclusion The dominant species is Lucilia cuprina followed by Lucilia serecata, Chrysomya megacephala. The main grow area are residential and green belts.
