基于工作生活质量的预防医学专业人才培养模式评价研究 被引量:1

Evaluation research of preventive medicine personnel training model based on worked-related quality of life

摘要 目的 以武汉大学公共卫生学院为例,通过毕业生的工作生活质量和培养模式之间关系的研究,了解预防医学专业本科毕业生的工作生活质量及其影响因素,为完善人才培养模式提供依据.方法 对武汉大学公共卫生学院2008届~2013届预防医学专业93名本科毕业生进行问卷调查,内容包括毕业生在校期间国际化、复合型和实习实践3个方面的参与程度,同时运用工作生活质量量表评价毕业生目前的工作生活质量.结果 本科毕业生工作生活质量总分的平均分为(82.72±10.73)分,得分率为71.93%.单因素分析显示,毕业生的工作生活质量与“参加学校的学术讲座”(F=5.860,P=0.004)、“组织学校各类活动”(t=2.392,P=0.019)、“参加寒暑假实践活动”(F=3.989,P=0.022)有显著性关联.单因素和多因素分析显示,与工作生活质量相关的因素为“参加寒暑假实践活动”(P=0.035).结论 武汉大学公共卫生学院预防医学专业本科毕业生的工作生活质量总体评分处于中等水平,培养模式中的不同培养措施对工作生活质量的总体评分和部分维度的评分具有显著性影响. Objective In order to evaluate the effect of training talents,as well as to provide the basis of concluding the talents training model,this paper is to describe the work and life satisfaction of the preventive medicine graduates and to discuss its effective factors.Methods Questionnaire survey were carried out to 93 grade 2008 to 2013 graduates who come from public health department of Wuhan University.The purpose of the homemade questionnaire is to understand the extent of graduates' participation in internationalization,compound activity and clerkship practice.At the same time,the current work life quality of graduates is evaluated by a worked-related quality of life scale.Results On the one hand,the score average of the graduates' worked-related quality of life is 82.72 ± 10.73.The scoring rate is 71.9%.On the other hand of the effect factors,there is a significant correlation between graduates' quality of work life and participating in the academic lecture at school during their period of school (F =5.860,P =0.004),organizing activities (t =2.392,P =0.019) and practical activity in winter and summer vacation (F =3.989,P =0.022).Single factor analysis and multiple-factor analysis shows that the factor affecting worked-related quality of life is practical activity in winter and summer vacation (P =0.035).Conclusions About preventive medicine,the different training measures have an significant influence on the work life overall score and some dimension scores.
