摘要
临床智能仿真模拟病例因为具有实践性、趣味性和开放性而有助于医学人才的培养.实施临床智能仿真模拟病例教学需要慎重选择案例,设置适宜的场景和明晰的病情演变过程.在撰写过程中,应当明确智能仿真模拟病例的教学目标,合理安排教学内容,注重真实场景的模拟、学生批判性临床思维的训练和医学科学知识的综合运用.同时,正视临床智能仿真模拟病例教学的不足.
Clinical intelligence simulation case contributes to medicine professional's cultivation for its practicalness,interestingness and openness.Practition of clinical scenario simulated teaching needs careful selection of cases,design of suitable scene and clear disease process.During the writing of clinical scenario simulated case,the teacher should clear the instructional objectives of simulated cases,reasonably arrange the teaching content,and take realistic simulation of disease process,training of critical thinking in clinical medicine and comprehensive use of medical science knowledge seriously.Additionally,the teacher must face the limitations of clinical scenario simulated teaching.
