高能窄谱红光联合复方甘草酸苷针治疗结节性红斑临床疗效观察 被引量:1

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of High-energy Narrow Spectrum Red Light with Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection in Treatment of Erythema Nodosum

摘要 目的观察高能窄谱红光联合复方甘草酸苷针治疗结节性红斑的临床疗效。方法将符合结节性红斑诊断的68例门诊患者随机分为观察组34例和对照组34例,观察组在对照组的基础上联用高能窄谱红光每天2次、每次30分钟进行照射治疗,对照组仅给予复方甘草酸苷针40ml一天一次静点,于治疗2周后观察各组的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为91.18%,对照组总有效率为70.59%,两组总有效率比较,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后随访8周,所有患者均获访,观察组有1例复发,占7.69%;对照组有3例复发,占33.33%,两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论高能窄谱红光联合复方甘草酸苷针治疗结节性红斑可提高疗效,降低复发率,而且其不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of High-energy Narrow Spectrum Red Light with Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection in treatment of Erythema Nodosum. Methods 68 cases of Erythema Nodosum patients were divided randomly into observation group and control group, with each group consisting of 34 cases. In the control group, the patients were only given Glycyrrhizin Injection 40ml once a day per infusion, While in the observation group, we combined Glycyrrhizin Injection with High-energy Narrow Spectrum Red Light twice a day, every 30 minutes irradiation treatment. The efficacy was assessed after 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 91.18% in the observation group and 70.59% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). All patients were followed up for 8 weeks after the end of the treatment. There was one recurrent case in the observation group and three recurrent cases in the control group, accounting for 7.69% and 33.33% separately. There was significant difference in the number of the recurrent cases between two groups(P〈0.05). No serious side effect was found in both groups. Conclusion. High-energy Narrow Spectrum Red Light with Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection in Treatment of Erythema Nodosum can improve the curative effect, decrease recurrent rate and side effect, which is worthy to be recommended to the clinical application.
