新疆结核病定点医院结核病规范化诊疗培训现状分析及探讨

Analysis on training situation of Tuberculosis standard therapy in specialized TB hospital

目的分析全区结核病定点医院医师结核病规范化培训情况,探讨今后新疆新型结核病防治体系中结核病定点医院结核病防治人员规范化诊疗培训新模式。方法通过2013年新疆维吾尔自治区结核病防治临床中心对全区开展结核病定点医院结核病规范化培训班的实施情况,进行了学员问卷调查、课堂交流、课后实地交流及培训效果评价。结果随着全区新型三位一体结核病防治模式的开展,基层定点医院医务人员结核病临床诊疗培训需求非常迫切,结核病诊治能力亟待加强,需要不断加强培训力度,逐步探索符合新疆实际情况的结核病规范化诊疗培训新模式。结论新疆结核病定点医院的结核病规范化诊疗培训工作取得了一定成效,但我们仍要不断加强结核病规范化诊疗培训力度,进行培训需求分析,寻找新的培训思路,保证培训的可持续性。

Objective To analyze the training situation of Tuberculosis physician in TB specialized hospital, and to discuss a new model of standardized diagnosis and treatment for Tuberculosis under a new tuberculosis control system in Xinjiang. Methods According to the tuberculosis training course of TB physician in TB specialized hospital in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, a questionnaire about discussion in class, field trip after class and evaluation of Training effect was organized. Results With the development of our new trinity TB control pattern, training needs of medical personnel at grass-rcots hospitals are very urgent. It is necessary to strengthen the ability of tuberculosis clinical diagnosis and treatment and increase the training intensity. It is important to explore a new model of tuberculosis standardized diagnosis and treatment according to actual situation in Xinjiang. Conclusion The diagnostic training work in TB specialized hospitals in Xinjiang has been obtained good results, but we still need to continue strengthening TB diagnostic training, and training needs should be analyzed, a new training idea should be development, sustainability of the training should be guaranteed.
