摘要
随着市场环境的不断变化,企业所面临的市场竞争越来越激烈,人力资源的开发管理尤为重要。为了适应市场竞争的需要,企业必须不断培养大量优秀人才,而员工培训正是企业培养人才的主要途径之一。本文以基于职业生涯管理的企业员工培训体系构建为研究对象,分析了培训体系构建的重要性,提出了基于职业生涯管理的员工培训体系的设计思路,以期为人力资源职业生涯管理培训体系的构建提供借鉴。
