摘要
目的观察辅酶Q10对环磷酰胺(CTX)所致大鼠皮肤老化和毛囊损伤的影响。方法 18只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为对照组、CTX组、辅酶Q10组,连续给药15 d。HE染色观察毛囊变化,检测皮肤中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、羟脯氨酸及丙二醛含量。结果 CTX组皮肤中SOD和羟脯氨酸含量明显低于对照组,而丙二醛含量明显升高(P<0.01),多数毛囊处于退行期和休止期。辅酶Q10组皮肤中羟脯氨酸含量增加明显高于CTX组,而丙二醛含量明显降低(P<0.01),多数毛囊增处于生长期。结论辅酶Q10可改善环磷酰胺所致大鼠皮肤老化和毛囊损伤。
Objective To observe the effect of coenzyme Q10(CoQ10) on cyclophosphamide(CTX)-induced skin aging and hair follicle injury in rats. Methods Eighteen male SD rats were randomly divided into control,CTX and CoQ10 groups,receiving the continuous gavage for 15 days. Hair follicle structure was observed by HE stain,and skin levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),hydroxyproline and malondialdehyde were also determined. Results Compared with control group,SOD and hydroxyproline contents decreased but malondialdehyde level increased(P〈0.01),and most of hair follicles were in catagen and telogen in CTX group. However,hydroxyproline level was higher but malondialdehyde content lower in CoQ10 group than in CTX group(P〈0.01),and most of hair follicles were in anagen in CoQ10 group. Conclusion CoQ10 can improve the skin aging and hair follicle damage induced by CTX in rats.
