PPH联合外痔切除术治疗重度混合痔的临床体会

Clinical Experience of the Effects of PPH combined with External Hemorrhoidectomy on Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids

PPH适用于Ⅲ、Ⅳ度内痔以及混合痔患者,但在实际临床工作中,重度混合痔单纯行PPH,术后出现外痔或皮赘残留,影响术后外观,增加复发率。本文回顾性分析了32例在石河子市人民医院行PPH联合外痔切除术的重度混合痔患者的临床资料,并对本组患者进行术后疗效评估,治愈率达75%,术后随访1-8个月,均无复发。结果说明,PPH联合外痔切除术对于治疗重度混合痔是一种安全、有效的手术方法。

PPH is suitable for the Ⅲ、Ⅳdegree hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoid patients,but in actual clinical work,if we only use PPH to treat patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids,they usually appear external hemorrhoids or residual skin tag,and it will affect postoperative appearance and increase the relapse rate.In this article,we did the retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 32 cases of severe mixed hemorrhoids patients who had operations of PPH combined with external hemorrhoidectomy in The People＇s Hospital of Xinjiang Shihezi.We also did the evaluation of the curative effect of this group of patients after surgery,and the cure rate was 75%.These patients were all cured without relapse during 1-8 month follow-up.The result shows that PPH combined with external hemorrhoids resection for the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids is a safe,effective operation method.
