机械通气患者的口腔护理效果比较

The Study on Clinical Effect of Oral Care with Two Solutions for Patients Using Mechanical Ventilation

目的：对比生理盐水和牙龈炎冲洗剂对ICU机械通气患者进行口腔护理时的应用效果。方法：选取我科2014年1月~2015年1月80例机械通气患者为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组口腔护理采用生理盐水,观察组则应用牙龈炎冲洗剂,对比分析其效果有无差别。结果：观察组患者口臭、口腔炎症发生率明显低于对照组。观察组口腔舒适率明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（均〈0.05）。结论：使用牙龈炎冲洗剂机械通气患者口腔护理的效果明显优于生理盐水,能有效地防治口臭和口腔炎症,降低口腔感染率和肺部感染率,增加患者口腔舒适度,值得在口腔护理中大力推广和应用。

Objective： In this paper,distilled the NS and gingivitis rinses were used in clinical to reduce oral infection,provide better oral care solution. Methods：In this study,80 critically ill patients with mechanical ventilation in the Second department of Critical Care Medicine of first affiliated hospital of the medical college of Shihezi University were single-blind randomized divided into two groups（group A distilled NS,group B gingivitis rinses）,40 cases of group A,40 cases of group B,then compared the effect of oral care of two groups. Results：The incidence of halitosis and oral inflammation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Oral comfort for observation group was significantly higher,the differences were statistically significant（ 0.05）. Conclusion： Gingivitis rinses is better in clinical to reduce oral infection,provide better oral care solution for patients using.It can reduce infection and lung infection,increase patient oral comfort,mechanical ventilation is worth vigorously in oral care promotion and application.
